Lesson Overview:
In this lesson, students will be introduced to the concept of net worth. Students will be asked to calculate the net worth of individuals based on several different scenarios, provide lists of their own assets and liabilities, and calculate their own net worth. The students will demonstrate their mastery of the content by completing a handout with five financial math problems that relate to net worth.
